Job Summary:


The Property Executive is responsible for managing and maintaining properties to ensure they are in a clean and tenable condition. This includes implementing routine and preventive maintenance, supervising repair works, conducting inspections, managing tenant relations, and handling arrears management. The role requires coordination with various authorities, departments, and service providers to ensure the smooth operation of properties, with a focus on retail properties.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain properties in a clean and tenable condition.
  • Implement routine and preventive maintenance for the properties.
  • Supervise and ensure that repair works undertaken by contractors are carried out according to the contract.
  • Inspect properties for environmental health and safety concerns and advise on rectification methods.
  • Submit monthly reports on any misuse of properties and follow up on tenant management and arrears management.
  • Attend to complaints, feedback, incidents, and crisis situations, and submit incident reports.
  • Coordinate and attend meetings and inspections with Authorities/Departments and service providers.
  • Manage and maintain M&E services and equipment in the properties.
  • Recommend and seek approval from the client for all repair/replacement works.
  • Collate and maintain all utilities and data of the properties.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication, technical, contractual, regulatory, and administrative skills, with strongreport writing and oral presentation abilities.
  • Diploma in Facilities Management, Estate Management, Building, or a relevant related discipline from a recognized tertiary institute.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in facilities management or lease adminstration, with a preference for past experience in retail properties.
  • Ability to work independently, multitask, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to manage tenant relations and handle complaints and feedback.
  • Additional Information:
  • This is a 3-month contract with the possibility of extension based on performance.
  • The salary range for this position is $3,200 to $3,500.
  • The candidate is expected to have a hands-on approach and be proactive in addressing property-related issues.
