Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day management of the premises.
- Leading a team of clinic consultants, therapists and point of contact as well as influencing Physicians to ensure that all the clinics' daily operational activities are running smoothly and effectively and monthly’s clinic sales target are achieved.
- Optimizing profits by controlling costs.
- Hiring, training and developing new employees.
- Resolving customer issues to their overall satisfaction.
- Coordinate and communicate between patients, employees and management team.
- Ensure all employees are working within outlined operating standards
- Ensure that all policies and procedures function in accordance with state and federal laws.
Requirements:
- Degree in healthcare administration, or a related field.
- Preferably with experience in healthcare industry.
- Good communication skills and resources
- Good team player/Leader, Independent, problem-solving, self-motivated, passionate, responsible.
