Position Summary:
We are currently seeking for recent graduate to join us as a Project Engineer to handle the deployment of IoT systems and solutions within the Corporate Real Estate (CRE) projects and provide data-driven actionable insights for various corporate stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
Project
- Regular site visits to ensure quality service and smooth operations for clients.
- Pre-sales solution design and quotation generation
- On-site work such as installation supervision (cabling, mounts, sensors/devices) and configuration of local IoT/networking system
- Liaison with vendors, clients, contractors and overseas DVI project teams
- Remote access work such as configuration of WTS system and client onboarding
- Execution of UAT
- End to end project documentation such as Requirements Gathering, Sensor Master List, Sensor Deployment Plan, Functional Sign-Off, UAT, Operation and Maintenance Manual.
Maintenance
- L2 client support (remote and on-site)
- L3 client support (liaison with vendor to fix bugs within vendor's system and/or activation of device RMA to vendor)
- In-depth testing of WTS vendor product functions/features to uncover bugs to be fixed
- Setup of test IoT system and environment in DVI Office (WTS hardware and software - cloud/on-prem backend and/or frontend)
Required Education/Experience:
- Open to fresh graduate from Engineering or related educational background
- Preferably 2 years of working experience in IoT Systems, Access Control, Surveillance, Building Management System, Cloud (Azure/AWS), Computer Networking or related
- Prior experience as a project engineer within the construction industry (main contractor or M&E sub-contractor) would be advantageous
