Roles & Responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of Payroll and Billing Team, Human Resource Services (HRS) Business Unit, the incumbent will manage a team of officers providing centralized human resource services spanning payroll, billing and other related transactions. This includes updating and tracking monthly accruals, assisting to prepare reports for monthly meetings
- Manage and ensures compliance on (but not limited to) the following day-to-day payroll and billing processes.
- Establishes standards and procedures for managing and administering payroll, billing and other related transactions.
- Collaborate with Corporate Partners such as the Shared Services Centre to ensure the efficiency of service centre operations and transaction processes.
- To assist in User Acceptance Testing for HR Information System (HRIS) initiatives and best practices for HRS.
- To manage salary enquiries from employees.
- To manage billing enquiries from clients.
Skills & Requirements
- Possess a Diploma in Human Resource Management / Business Administration preferably with at least 2 years of relevant experience in Payroll / Billing processing and management.
- Good knowledge of the Employment Act and MOM regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and HRIS software (e.g. SAP).
- Proactive individual, meticulous and creative thinker.
- Fast learner, able to multi-task and good team player.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to work with people across the different levels in the organization
