- He/she plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding market share for Turkish Airlines. This position involves leading and motivating a sales team, setting sales targets, and developing strategic sales plans on B2b and B2c channels.
- Provide analyses of competitive environments and identify proactive sales and commercial initiatives accordingly.
- Establish effective networking partnerships with travel agencies and stakeholders.
- Supports the development and implementation of commercial business opportunities
- Represents Turkish Airlines at trade events, promotions and sales functions, including supporting familiarization trips
- Attends online/overseas trainings that are organize by the company
- Organises and engage in workshops and training sessions with the travel agencies and company events
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in the airline industry.
- Strong understanding of the business travel market and distribution network in the country.
- Demonstrated skills in influencing and effective communication.
- Ability to thrive in a cross-functional team environment.
- Competency in MS Office programs.
- Experience with sales-related reporting tools such as E-smash, DDS, Prism is a valuable asset.
