Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Collect the necessary information from the clients' Japan Head Quarter in terms of ISO20022 related directions and possible solutions
- Putting together this information and produce the Presentation Deck
- Delivering the Presentation to Asia Pacific oversea offices, handling the Q&A, finding the reasonable and realistic solutions
- Tracking the progress of each overseas offices activity and give sufficient support in a timely manner. From time to time, business trip to these offices might be required
- Highly required to catch up with the IT System structure and specifications of this Commercial Banking Corporation so that fill in the gap and seek the realistic solutions
- Prepare end user documentation (training manual, user manual, business process flows) on the operation or maintenance of technical systems
- Assists with the documentation of technical design, specification, and technical solution
- Gather user feedback to update and improve documentation content
- Maintains document repositories used by project teams and assists with project documentation as needed
Essential Requirements (Skills Requirements)
- Must have 10+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst
- Minimum 5 years’ experience on Banking Payment Business Analyst, such as e-Banking System, Payment System, etc.
- Much understanding of SWIFT Message types and structure, such as MT101, MT103, MT940, etc. As well as MX format such as pain001, pacs008, camt053, etc.
- Knowing best practice of ISO20022 regulation change treatment. Upon this knowledge, finding the reasonable solution for banking corporation.
- Past track record in business analysis, application solutioning and design
- Analytical, conceptualisation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to model business requirements in business process modelling tool
- Ability to perform qualitative, quantitative, and root-cause analysis
- Pro-active, resourceful, and self-motivated to innovate and take smart risks to achieve business goals and customer satisfaction
- Ability to facilitate discussions/workshops to elicit, manage and prioritise key business needs
- Ability to take a broad, strategic perspective as well as drill deep to understand business needs and challenges
- Knowledge in one of the following areas will be added advantage, Agile Methodology, Business Process Reengineering, Customer Relationship Management, Data Analytics, ERP, Digital and Mobile Technologies, Knowledge Management
