Job Description
- Co-ordination and supervision of M&E works
- Liaise with M&E Consultants
- Ascertain and make provision for all M&E and building services in collaboration with the project staff
- Monitor progress, quality of workmanship and compliance with authority requirements
- Highlight and advise the project staff on the interfacing of M&E services and the building works
- Coordination with multiple parties not limiting to design consultants / engineers, clients’ project representatives, statutory /authority agencies etc. for the establishment of the design deliverables requirements for submission
- Review design deliverables together with the design consultants / engineers and ensure that it is in order for submission
- Attend to technical clarifications as and when required to address technical issues and establish method statements
- Project Management and sites supervision works.
- Able to coordinate with contractors and consultants for engineering issues and drawing plans.
- Perform all duties in accordance with company policies, processes, systems and procedures.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience after tertiary education in relevant field in the construction supervision of E&M building services works for projects of similar scale, complexity, and nature of work, including A&A works within existing rail infrastructure.
- Holds Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience in coordination of transit projects with BIM with full understanding of the design approval process and BCA TOP process.
- Experience in coordination with System Wide Contractors (SWC) for Coordinated Installation Plan (CIP), CCSM, etc.
- Logical thinking and analytical skills
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
- Having experiences in LTA Project would be bonus and advantageous.
- Willing to work in site office.
