Job Scope
- Handle monthly payroll and overtime processing
- Prepare payroll reports required for internal use and/or submission to relevant authorities
- Process government claims (Employee Maternity Leave, Childcare Leave, in-camp Training etc.)
- Attend to regulatory surveys, audits and system
- Review and ensure payroll procedures are aligned with corporate governance controls
- Assist with preparation of salary and allowances budget and reviews
- Leave administration
- Submit employees’ yearly income to IRAS (IR8A & IR21)
- Liaise with Operations to ensure data is accurate, timely & complete
- Participate in the implementation of new system
- Employee Data Management and other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirement
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource / Business Administration or equivalent
- 1 – 3 years experience in payroll
- Knowledge in Timesoft System will be advantageous
