To plan schedule for Central kitchen
To ensure that daily operations run smoothly
1. Assisting the Manager to manage daily operations of the Central Kitchen
2. Prepare and process food items for production, ensure sufficient supply of ingredients for food preparation
3. Ensure the business complies with health and food safety regulation and cleanliness of the Central Kitchen
4. Oversee inventory of the Central kitchen inventory management
5. Ensure the quality of food is meet
6. Ensure packing of food timely for delivery
7. Any other duties assigned by the management team
Requirements
1. Able to solve daily operational issues with efficiency
2. Able to communicate effectively with all staffs and receptive to feedback
3. Able to work 6 days and public holidays off on sundays
