Your Impact
You will work Client, Partners and Project Teams to ensure that Customer / Vendor invoices are properly booked, payments are made/accounted for and financial accuracy and transparency are retained. You will work on optimizing the processes and systems to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of accounting processing as well as management information systems.
Your Responsibilities
- Account Receivable: Create Customer Invoices and follow up on payments
- Account Payable: Review, book and prioritize vendor / partner invoices & payments
- Balance Sheets: Book & Monitor Balance sheet items like Accruals, Assets Ledgers, Loans
- Controlling: Monitor integrity of financial statements and annotate developments
- Procurement: Identify partners and commercial models
- Administration: Support Management & Project team with administrative tasks
