sourcing investment opportunities;
· conducting commercial and financial due diligence;
· performing business valuations;
· term-sheet drafting and negotiations; and portfolio monitoring and support for growth and exits
· undertaking gap & competitor analyses for selective industries and country market research
· supporting on financial and commercial due diligence, valuation and other activities that may be entailed in relation to Blue7’s investments
· preparing presentation, financial models and other investment documents as may be required from time to time for Blue7’s projects
· attending Impact and Investment conferences online or within Southeast Asia to build network.
· working with Blue7’s fund investments for co-investment opportunities.
PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT
Work is normally performed in Blue7’s office in Singapore. Travel within Southeast Asia may be required.
QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Education: Degree in Accounting / Finance/ Business or its equivalent.
Experience: At least 3 years experience as a business analyst or associate level in Investment or Impact sector.
Salary range to be determined based on relevant experience level.
