Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance for all plant Electrical, Instrumentation and DCS equipment
- Perform routine patrols, planned preventive maintenance and condition based monitoring activities
- Perform routine functional inspection of safety Instrumented systems and quality control equipment
- Conduct troubleshooting to identify and rectify the root cause of equipment failure
- Suggest and implement improvement ideas to advance equipment reliability, enhance productivity and eliminate waste.
- Perform housekeeping of maintenance area
- Timely entry of work activity into SAP system and good documentation follow up
Requirements:
- Diploma in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 2-year relevant experience in chemical or petrochemical industry.
- Experience in maintaining and troubleshooting Electrical and Instrumentation Equipment
- Experience in PLC programming and/or maintaining and troubleshooting DCS will be an added advantage
- Exposure to Thermographic inspection, Vibration Analysis, Partial Discharge Testing, Dissolved Gas Tests and Lightning Protection Grounding Tests will be an added advantage
- Knowledge on root cause analysis concepts and methods (Fishbone, Cause mapping, 5-Whys) will be an added advantage
