EPI-USE Singapore is looking to expand our team. We are looking for an experience SAP HCM Payroll Consultant and Employee Central Payroll Consultant with multi-country payroll experience and language skills
- Experience implementing in SAP HCM Payroll or Employee Central Payroll Experience in implementing payroll in different countries, i.e. Singapore, China, Thailand, South Korea or Malaysia
Ability to speak multiple languages, such as English, Thai, Korean, Japanese or Chinese - Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors desirable but not essential
- Good communication and ability to manage senior stakeholders and client executives.
- Provide solutions for any technical issues and challenges. Ensure best practices and standards are implemented.
- Document the customers' business needs through to implementation/configuration of SAP HCM.
- Participate in weekly customer project team meetings, maintaining "action items" lists and resolve through to completion.
- Demonstrates effective communication, both orally and in writing, with colleagues, clients and customers at all levels, both formally and informally.
- Educate the customer on SAP HCM functional and technical requirements. Conducting discovery meetings with customers.
- Ability to understand, interpret and map business processes.
Skills and experiences desired
- Certified in one or more SAP HCM modules, with certification in SAP Payroll a distinct advantage
- Business domain knowledge for Human Resources
- Proven ability in implementing HRIS software within or for a Human Resource Department Previous exposure to HR practices and HR Software
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Previous experience with managing the Quality Assurance processes for software implementation
Professional Skill Requirements:
- Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment.
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment. Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
- 5+ years of relevant work experience (work experience in one of leading system integrators would be an advantage).
- 3+ end-to-end project lifecycles desirable.
- Ability to meet travel requirements, when applicable.
