Sales administration
• Respond promptly to customers' queries
• Source for materials via emails and phone calls to new and current suppliers
• Issuance / arrangement / coordination of sales and purchase related documents (Purchase Orders, Sales Orders, Invoices, Delivery Orders etc) and transactions in MYOB or other Accounting Program
• Collate and compile accurate instructions and documents (from customers) to Production team
• Coordinate with production staff to ensure timely delivery to customers
