Project Quantity Surveyor x 3
Responsibilities:
Project co-ordination and planning with sub-contractors and suppliers;
Attending site meetings occasionally and handling clients requirements;
Preparing and formalizing work orders and subcontract agreements/ variation orders/ final accounts;
Monitoring and keeping records on all variation orders in the project;
Settlement of project final accounts with clients;
Evaluation and certification of sub-contractors progress payments;
Evaluates subcontractors works and recommends payments;
Liaises with consultant Quantity Surveyor for contractual requirements;
Performs other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering (Civil), Architecture or equivalent;
At least 2-3year of working experience in the relevant field is required for this position;
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Quantity Surveying or equivalent;
Familiar with codes of practices of local construction industry.
