About The Role
- Provide an integrated continuum of services for clients experiencing Family Violence which includes:
- Casework management and counselling service for clients with medium to high risk Family Violence
concerns
- Intake and risk assessment of cases
- Planning, implementing and evaluating programmes to meet clients’ needs
- Group work ( support and psychoeducation groups )
- Community outreach and community development in combating Family Violence
- Networking and Capacity building initiatives to enhance stakeholder capability in addressing Family
Violence
- Research to build domain-specifi c knowledge in the local context
- Provide supervision to a team of staff
Candidate Requirements
- Degree in Social Work or Counselling
- 6 years of relevant working experience (prior experience in Family Violence Work preferred)
- Experience in supervision
- Strong command of English language and writing skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good team player

Ability in attending to and engaging with people, assessment of needs, establishment of intervention plans, working with and linking with various community partners, planning and evaluation of programmes, management and supervision of staff
