Experience implementing and configuration of SAP Cloud HR solution in one or multiple modules:

- SuccessFactors Onboarding
- SuccessFactors Learning SuccessFactors
- SuccessFactors Compensation
SuccessFactors project deliverables, including workbooks, configuration, test results, solution recommendations, data migration approach, etc.
- Provide status updates to project manager.
- Provide solutions for any technical issues and challenges. Ensure best practices and standards are implemented.
- Manage the relationship with the customer a throughout the implementation process.
- Document the customers' business needs through to implementation/configuration of SuccessFactors.
- Takes full responsibility for quality of work performed.
- Demonstrates effective communication, both orally and in writing, with colleagues, clients and customers at all levels, both formally and informally.
- Educate the customer on SuccessFactors functional and technical requirements. Conducting discovery meetings with customers.
- Ability to understand, interpret and map business processes.
- Master and maintain detailed knowledge of SuccessFactors' product-suite, including delta certifications. Assist with coaching and developing junior consultants and growing the SAP SuccessFactors capability.
- Provide train-the-trainer, administrative and reporting training to the customer.
Skills and experiences desired:
- Certified in SAP Cloud Solution in one or more SuccessFactors modules, with Associate Certification as minimum and Professional Certification as distinct advantage
- Knowledge and experience of the SAP Activate methodology for SuccessFactors Business domain knowledge for Human Resources
- Proven ability in implementing HRIS software within or for a Human Resource Department Previous exposure to HR practices and HR Software
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Previous experience with managing the Quality Assurance processes for software implementations
Professional Skill Requirements:
- Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment.
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment. Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
- 5+ years of relevant work experience (work experience in one of leading system integrators would be an advantage).
- Ability to meet travel requirements, when applicable.
