Client is a financial institution looking to hire a contract Senior HR Executive. Role is a payroll maker. Up to $5,500 pe month.
Duration: 8 months contract (Maternity Cover)
Location: Raffles Place
Salary: Up to $5,500 + Completion Bonus
Your new role
Responsible for the full spectrum of HR administration which includes recruitment, training, payroll etc.
· Assist and support in the HR administration which includes recruitment, benefits, payroll, income tax, offboarding, government related claims, etc.
· Maintain and ensure employee data are up to date in HRIS (Workday).
· Submit purchase requisition and follow up with Finance on payment. Provide cost allocation for internal recharges.
· Preparation of HR reports and surveys such as headcount, payroll, etc.
· Assist in training enrolment, sourcing training courses for employees and follow up with funding claims from government, whenever applicable.
· Perform related duties and responsibilities as assigned by superior from time to time.
What you'll need to succeed
· Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
· Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience in payroll operations or related area
· Proficiency in Workday an added advantage
