HVAC Technician

Rotary Electrical & Instrumentation Pte. Ltd.

  1. As per supervisor instruction in DWI .
  2. Understand the basic system design concept of different HVAC system at job site
  3. Study engineering drawings and determine installation location, orientation and maintenance space considerations
  4. Perform refrigerant piping installation of AC equipment
  5. Plan, schedule and execute PM & CM works.
  6. Perform refrigerant pipe pressure test
  7. Prepare MSRA and documents require for submission.
  8. Perform schedule inspection and take an inventory of tools and equipment and submit requisition to replace broken or missing items
  9. Housekeeping as related, but not limited to the cleanliness and orderly organization of HVAC work areas, and duct forming shop
  10. Ensure compliance with EHS Group guidelines/guidance notes and local regulations safety awareness / best working practice
  11. Work Progress Update And Mitigation . Plan Discussing In Daily Toolbox Meetings
  12. To troubleshooting on faulty unit and rectify soonest.
  13. To lead the team for new air con unit installation.
  14. To perform testing work upon completion.
  15. To prepare MTO (Material Take Off) and submit quotation to client.
  16. Understand the SOW and site walk with client and prepare quotation accordingly.
  17. Coordinate with procurement team RFQ for materials or equipment price to prepare MTO for quotation submission to client.
  18. Raise MCR and follow up PR, Bid Tab and PO process until PO T&C send to vendor.
  19. Arrange manpower and coordinate, schedule with client upon mobilization and execution.
  20. Prepare and submit JCC to client upon job completion. Once revert from client attached JCC & PO for generating invoice.
  21. Monitoring project progress and performance.
  22. Attend client progress / Schedule / safety meeting and resolve issues if any.
  23. Ensure training for all the workers and confirm that they complete 72 hrs of training
  24. Work independently and maintain good relation with client.
  25. Knowledge of using computer excel, words to prepare schedule, HVAC Checklist, Service Report
