Experience required
- Product basics: IP Network equipment experience and knowledge required.
- Architecture (LLD and Network Diagram) experience is required
- Troubleshooting skills and Be able to perform patch update: Apply for services and collect information before the implementation. Perform onsite patch installation and observation.
- Familiar with Maintenance & Rectification services : Document control and processes, checking of configuration data, and backup data. Perform batch upgrade operation(including Upgrading the database files, upgrading the program, and backup data) Perform service verification and observe after implementation. Provides emergency recovery capabilities for mid-range and low-end telecoms products.
- Good communication skills. End user / Customer facing skills are required And team player.
Education : Degree in Engineering
Certifications : Cisco CCNA /and the likes is a requirement.
Years of Experience : at least 6 years of experience in IP related equipment maintenance and commissioning
