You will be part of the Regulation Division within SkillsFuture Singapore Agency's Regulation and Quality Group, and play a pivotal role in enhancing Singapore's quality education and training ecosystem.

[What you will be working on]
Your key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring Training Providers (TPs) applying for funding from SSG have basic registration and quality standards;
- Regulating the Private Education Institutions (PEIs) in accordance with the Private Education Act 2009 and its subsidiary legislations;
- Lead inspections on TPs and PEIs to ensure compliance with the Private Education Act and Regulations and SSG requirements;
- Investigate complaints and reports of non-compliance, and take enforcement action against the PEIs/TPs;
- Undertake reviews of legislation, regulatory framework or operational policies;
- Leverage data analytics to drive the development of innovative tools and processes, to enhance operational efficiency and compliance efforts.
[What we are looking for]
- Tertiary qualificationÂ
- Candidates without the required qualifications but with relevant experience are welcome to apply
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Prior work experience in regulation, enforcement, investigations or operations will be an advantage
- Meticulous and have a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work both independently and as an effective team player
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a highly dynamic environment
Successful candidates will be offered a 2-year contract in the first instance and may be considered for an extension or be placed on a permanent tenure
