You will be part of the team that designs and crafts NAC's workspace, and provides tools that support collaboration, comfort and creativity to enhance employee engagement and sense of belonging.
What you will be working on
- To provide administrative support for NAC registry digitization project expected to take place over 3 years
- To coordinate timeline with vendor to complete digitisation of physical NAC records
(As there will be packing and transfer of physical files, the incumbent must be able to physically carry some load.) - The incumbent will need to work in NAC’s physical registry daily for this role
- Be familiar with NAC registry and attend to requests from staff who require to draw out files
- To assist the department with other workplace administration roles as required
What are we looking for
- O’ levels and above
- Able to use computer for emails, basic Microsoft skills
- Able to handle and manage physical records and coordinate between external vendor and internal stakeholders
- Good communication skills
- Independent
- Flexible and adaptable to changes in work arrangement
