[What you will be working on]
You will be involved in the Estates Management functions and upgrading of ITE’s physical facilities. Your key responsibilities include the following:
- Formulate and implement systems and procedures to ensure that ITE’s physical assets are well-managed, maintained in good condition and in compliance with statutory requirements; and
- Implement Smart Campus and Green Building solutions to enhance the building performance and sustainability standards of ITE’s built environment.
[What we are looking for]
- Relevant educational credentials in Building/ Engineering/ Estates Management or other building-related disciplines;
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience; and
Possess good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills. - Candidates who have experience in Data Science/Analytics and/or Programming will be advantageous.
