As a Senior Officer in ITE, your challenge is to formulate, review and implement policies and processes in specific functional areas.
[What you will be working on]
You will formulate and implement policies on assessments related to lifelong learning, at the workplace and also at ITE colleges
You will work with internal and external stakeholders to plan and administer valid, reliable and fair assessments for various trade areas
You will be involved in developing and deploying computerised systems to support robust assessment processes
You will guide and audit training partners to ensure that assessment standards are upheld across different training schemes
Your operational duties include facilitating and supporting the conduct of assessments from the nomination of assessment personnel, scheduling of assessments, developing assessment instruments, processing and analysis of results
