We are embarking on an ambitious journey to develop a "Strength Training Digital Coach for Seniors", a pioneering initiative designed to empower senior citizens through technology. This project leverages the latest in artificial intelligence and computer vision, underpinned by sport and exercise science, alongside gerontological insights, aiming to enhance the well-being and fitness of the senior community.
[What you will be working on]
As a Project Officer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping this innovative solution. Your responsibilities will span across multiple facets of the project, from the documentation of exercise programs to the hands-on involvement in system development, content creation, and user testing. This role demands a blend of technical acumen, administrative prowess, and a collaborative spirit.
The Project Staff will contribute and support in the following areas:
- Assist in the meticulous documentation of exercise programs and methodologies devised by our team.
- Support the development and documentation of exercise programs, ensuring their alignment with our project goals.
- Aid in system development through data analysis and the application of machine learning techniques.
- Participate in the content creation process, including filming and post-production activities for exercise programs and fitness assessments.
- Conduct prototype testing and user experience evaluations with end users, capturing vital feedback and insights.
- Support research data collection, project administration, and the preparation of comprehensive reports.
- Manage ad-hoc research activities and assignments, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving skills.
The successful candidate will be placed on a 9-month contract.
