[What the role is]

Reporting to the Team Lead, the candidate will be required to perform the following key tasks:

[What you will be working on]

1. Develop a thorough understanding of the SkillsFuture landscape including relevant programmes and initiatives

2. Segment and analyse customer data sets to deduce meaningful profiling insights

3. Personalise digital outreach efforts based on user profiles such as user behaviour, preferences, and demographics to improve customer experience and engagement

4. Develop compelling campaigns and calls-to-action to drive open rates, click-through rates, and conversions

5. Generate reports to monitor and analyse digital campaign performance

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination of marketing campaigns with other digital touchpoints

7. Constantly innovate to improve digital engagement by staying current on industry best practices and trends and apply relevant techniques to improve campaign performance

8. Work with the system development teams to enhance existing systems by reviewing processes, requirements and conducting user acceptance tests

[What we are looking for]

1. Possess tertiary qualifications

2. Have 3-7 years of experience in user interface and design experience

3. Possess a good understanding of different customer segments (e.g. characteristics, behaviours and needs) and design services around customer journey and experience

4. Possess good experience in setting up and establishing systems, processes and resources (including outsourced partners) needed to deliver services effectively and efficiently

5. Able to develop and implement engagement programmes to obtain buy-in from the public and internal stakeholders (i.e. government agencies) on policies

6. Possess the ability to create and deliver a seamless service experience that meets the needs of user through the craft of tying together human, digital, and physical interactions, over time, across a journey (in conjunction with policy, process, digital enablers)

7. Enjoys working with data and mining insights to address business needs

Intermediate proficiency in Excel or equivalent

8. Self-motivated and results-driven

9. Able to work independently but also a team player in a fast-paced environment

10. Works well under pressure and given timelines

11. Some coding knowledge (HTML/ampscript) will be an advantage 

12. Passionate about jobs and skills issues and in helping individuals make informed upskilling and reskilling decisions

Successful candidates will be offered a 2-year contract in the first instance and may be considered for an extension or be placed on a permanent tenure
