About the Team
EDB’s Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC) team spearheads EDB’s efforts in brand management, digital marketing, content/social media marketing and events and partnerships to establish Singapore as a trusted location for international investments.
[What you will be working on]
You will be part of a small but dynamic team within EDB’s Brand, Marketing and Communications division, focused on public communications to enhance EDB’s corporate reputation, positively shape perceptions of industries that EDB nurtures, and convey to local audiences the impact of EDB’s work on the Singapore economy and jobs. You will craft content and implement ideas for amplifying EDB’s work across a range of social media platforms to generate brand visibility and marketing leads, and also to drive audience growth and community engagement in Singapore and globally.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute channel-specific strategies for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube
Write effective social posts/ads in an authentic voice for EDB that grab attention and engage platform users.
Create social content across static and animated formats including carousel posts, document ads and short-form videos (IG Reels, IG Stories)
Run social media campaigns to build an engaged community and nurture brand ambassadors
Provide onsite support at events including capturing video content
Ensure that daily operations run smoothly, including managing the social media calendar; scheduling posts using social media management tools; ensuring the final published posts are properly rendered within each platform’s specifications; and community management
Test, measure, and improve the effectiveness of social content, recommending creative iterations to optimise performance and help achieve business goals

[What we are looking for]
To meet the challenges of this role, you must have/be:
At least 3 years of B2B marketing experience, with an understanding of integrated campaign planning across channels
Strong interest in social media, with excellent writing skills
Experience in content creation, creative design and experience running campaigns across different platforms
Knowledge and experience with video content creation, including writing, producing, and editing video productions using software such as Premiere Pro and CapCut
Experience with social media management and analytics tools such as Sprinklr and Adobe Analytics
Committed to excellence in project execution and adept at managing priorities and timelines
