Join us if you are a data-oriented and self-motivated individual, with a passion for health and digital marketing. You should have at least 5 years of relevant experience in planning and running large-scale integrated marketing campaigns, with an additional focus on social media management and advocacy. This position reports to the Assistant Director, Digital Marketing.
Responsibilities will include:
- The development and end-to-end management of innovative and performance-driven integrated marketing campaigns to drive set KPIs.
- Spearheading HPB’s Social Media Employee Advocacy Programme, working closely with internal stakeholders in Corporate Marketing, Corporate Communications, Human Resources and Programmes & Outreach teams to contribute to build a unique and differentiated narrative on HPB-owned social media channels.
- Monitoring and reporting on social media metrics and trends, aligned to the board’s strategic objectives and priorities.
- Managing designated vendors and community managers on day-to-day basis. This includes ensuring compliance to social media content policy and guidelines; assisting to draft responses within the required SLA terms; Providing hands-on support in the event that POFMA is activated
- Administrative duties including procurement, budget monitoring, business reviews of third-party vendor partners etc.
Be Part of the Team
You should have at least 5 years of relevant experience and comfortable working in a highly matrixed, fluid and fast-paced environment. You should also possess:
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications.
- Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills to effectively drive collaboration across internal and external matrix teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity, navigate complexity and perform under pressure.
- Strong project management and budget management skills.
- Functional knowledge of social media marketing, expertise in data and technology solutions, marketing and social technology, and partnerships.
- Knowledge of content management systems is preferable.
