Job Summary
The Customer and Revenue Finance Team is a global team that serves as finance business partners to the Customer & Revenue Organization. We are responsible for connecting financial reporting across regions and functions and supports the company's go-to-market and platform expansion.
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Asia Pacific. Reporting to the Senior Manager, FP&A, we're looking for a candidate with good communication skills and thrive in a matrix organization. The successful candidate will enjoy the opportunity to build relationships with business and finance teams in the region and globally, delivering reporting, analysis and participate in projects that contribute our regional expansions.
Responsibilities
Business Partnering & Reporting
Provide insights to business performance through monthly reporting including analysis of financial and non-financial key metrics.
Budget and Forecast
Support Annual Budget and recurring forecast process, including planning, consolidating, preparing presentations to stakeholders/management.
Long Term Forecast
Review long term forecast for quarterly Corporate REIT Asset test, working closely with Regional/Global Finance teams and Corporate FP&A.
Profit Before Tax (PBT)
Oversight of country level P&L to support quarterly tax expense projection.
Others
Identify and implement financial planning and analysis improvement initiatives in coordination with global and regional teams.
Special projects that may arise for system implementation, Integration & M&A
Perform ad-hoc analysis or other duties as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy/Finance preferred
2+ years’ experience preferably in FP&A
Advance Microsoft Office Suite skills (Excel, Power Point, Word, and Outlook)
Hyperion, Excel Add-ins, Tableau experience is a plus
Understanding of financial management, generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and valuation principles/metrics
Strong communication skill with ability to work with team members across regions and functions to deliver results in a global matrix organization
Analytical with attention for details to deliver quality and timely work
