Proposal and designing of innovative automation system machine for factories. • Data collection of initial machine test run to meet specification and produce quality products. • Communicate & coordinate closely with vendors and project team from machine concept design till implementation. • Support in machine manual standardization pertaining to maintenance and safety. • Support factories on new/transfer equipment/jigs/tools, improvement, modification, troubleshooting and overhaul machines to meet OEE goals. • Support and train BATAM local technician within department and Factories. Job Requirements: • Degree in Mechanical / Mechatronic Engineering. • Minimum 1 years’ experience in factory automation machine design. • Experience in semiconductor process will be an added advantage. • Proficient in 3D CAD design. (Preferrable Autodesk Inventor) • Able to design machine/jig for factory automation. • Able to work independently and self-driven. Analytical and good problem solver. • Good communication and project management skill. • Flexible & adaptable, able to work under pressure with tight delivery schedules. • Able to travel to BATAM and oversea when project assigned. • Proficiency in English. Understanding Bahasa Bangali,Hindi or Japanese is an added advantage.Class 3 Driving License preferred and able to carry worker if needed.
