The Client:
The client is an international distributor of industrial equipment globally. With its regional headquarters in Singapore, the client is currently looking to grow its headcount locally as it continues to expand its business in APAC.
Responsibilities:
As a Management Trainee in Sales, the individual should be passionate and driven in building relationships with customers, liaising with stakeholders and have a strong interest in commercial sales.
The role is looking to groom and develop the next leaders in the industrial industry for the organisation.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Supporting the sales manager in various account management.
- Face to face interaction with customers globally.
- Enhance customer acquisitions through building strong stakeholder/customer relationships.
A successful candidate:
The client is looking for individuals that are enthusiastic and passionate to grow their career in commercial sales. There will also be opportunities of travelling overseas as the role will be looking at a regional level.
- Individuals with 1-2 years of commercial sales is a plus. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply as well.
- Individuals that are highly motivated, have strong business acumen and able to work in a fast-paced environment is a plus.
