Job Description

LinkedIn Marketing Solutions (LMS) is a business that enables marketers to connect with the world’s professionals. The South East Asia (SEA), Hong Kong (HK) and Taiwan (TW) Agency & Education team is responsible equipping agencies with the marketing product, capability and insight to enrich their value propositions and accelerate their clients' growth.

The Role:

We are seeking an Agency Development Lead to establish LinkedIn as an essential growth solutions partner to agencies who represent many of our largest and most strategic clients.


This role is tasked with developing and managing profitable and enduring relationships at all levels throughout the agency(s) of a key client by gaining a fundamental understanding of agency and client business needs and strategic objectives.


This role will then seek to equip their clients with the relevant marketing product, capability and insight to enrich their value proposition and ultimately accelerate clients' growth.


A revenue-generating role, an Agency Development lead will be tasked with expanding the depth of our partnership with key agency stakeholders, transforming how we collaborate & integrate, partnering with our marketer education team to evangelize the LinkedIn product suite and educate a range of agency teams on how best to utilize our marketing platform.


You will likely be successful in this role if you are capable of :


CORE Responsibilities

  • Establishing and maintaining highly effective customer relationships across a diverse set of agency stakeholders
  • Applying global strategies to your local remit and identifying substantive opportunities that create mutual value between LinkedIn and the client.
  • Demonstrating mastery of LinkedIn products and solutions and using this knowledge to formally present ways in which these solutions may be utilized to help agencies excel at their craft.
  • Applying solutions expertise to complex client problems. Understanding how to leverage LinkedIn's tech stack and API opportunities to drive new, different revenue.
  • Constructing, negotiating and delivering mutually agreed upon joint business plans.
  • Understanding the importance of effective cross-market and cross-team collaboration to achieve results and drive success.

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Understanding Industry trends, best practice and how to apply these for successful business outcomes.
  • Being seen as a peer and an expert by senior level agency customers based on business acumen, executive EQ and creativity.
  • Identifying and sharing impactful and scaleable best practices internally and externally.
  • Following processes and establishing operational excellence in all client interactions.
  • Prioritizing time-management effectively to deliver against medium to long-term growth goals.

Basic Qualifications

  • 10+ yrs. Marketing / Agency / Advertising experience
  • 5+ yrs. developing Marketing Strategies
  • Experience managing internal and external relationships

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong digital advertising experience and social media expertise
  • Crafted and implemented commercial agreements at a local level.
  • Exhibits a high level of competency in oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated expertise in building relationships with senior agency decision-makers and working across teams within complex organizations to achieve objectives
  • An established network of agency and senior client relationships in the industry and deep understanding of ‘Big 6’ HoldCos and Independent Agencies.
  • Proven track record of delivering results and generating transformational growth
