Responsibilities :
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date employee files, records, and documentation.
- Oversee staff, Plan, and be responsible for work assignments.
- Prepare HR documents, e.g. employment contracts and new hire guides etc.
- Liaise with external partners, e.g. vendors, and ensure legal compliance when necessary.
- Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
- Reporting staff issues to the Manager/ Director.
- Keeping track of relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days, training schedules.)
- Assist with foreign workers' passes application, renewal, and work pass cancellation when necessary.
- Generate Monthly Timesheet and Payroll.
- Good knowledge of labor laws, rules and regulations.
- Strong phone, email, and in-person communication skills.
- Adhoc Admin duties as assigned.
- Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant, or relevant role would be preferred.
- Computer literacy. (MS Office applications, in particular)
