Job Description
- Industry/Organization Type: Manufacturing of Timber Products
- Position Title: Admin Assistant
- Working Location: Kranji
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 am – 6 pm (Alternate Saturday, 9 am – 1 pm)
- Salary Package: Up to $2,000 + VB
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the timely submission of all required safety documentation to sites.
- Prepare accurate and competitive quotations for potential clients and projects.
- Process various types of claims, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Address and resolve workers' compensation claims and subcontractor (sub-con) claims.
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure the timely procurement of materials and supplies needed for projects.
- Handle general paperwork and administrative duties that facilitate the daily operations of the office.
