- Position Title: Admin Assistant
- Working Location: Sin Ming
- Working Hours: 6 days; Mon - Fri (9 am - 6 pm), Sat (9 am – 4 pm)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + Performance Bonus (1-2 months)
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and assist with clerical tasks.
- Process invoices and expense reports.
- Handle phone calls and correspondence (e-mails, letters, packages, etc.).
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth workflow and communication.
- Keep good records of the company documentation.
- Other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
