- Position Title: HR Assistant
- Working Location: Pandan Loop
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30 AM to 6 PM
- Salary Package: Up to $2,800 + Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Process weekly and monthly attendance and overtime for payroll.
- Handle recruitment activities for blue-collar positions.
- Manage employee attendance and leave.
- Renew and cancel work permits.
- Oversee the onboarding and exiting of staff.
- Maintain employee and payroll data in our system.
- Keep track of employee housing details and updates.
- Manage workplace injury and health & safety insurance claims.
- Produce monthly administrative reports.
- Organize monthly staff birthday celebrations.
- Participate in the planning of yearly corporate events.
- Take care of general administrative tasks like mail handling and office supply management.
- Perform additional tasks given by your supervisor.

- At least a Diploma in Human Resource Management or its equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 1 year of related working experience.
- Knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act.
