Commodities Intelligence Centre (CIC) is an e-commerce company specialising in physical commodities trading platform.
We are looking for an experienced and visionary Senior Platform Operations Specialist to oversee our Product Development & Strategy, Manage Operations, Lead in R&D Teams, Sales & Marketing Teams and Accelerate Global Business Development. This role is pivotal in shaping the strategic direction of our products, optimizing internal operations, and expanding our market reach. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, exceptional leadership skills, and a track record of success in managing complex product ecosystems, expert in Digital Marketing and International Business Development strategies.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Product Innovation: Spearhead the development of innovative products, overseeing the process from ideation to market launch
- Product Management: Lead the Product Management team, setting the product strategy and roadmap to meet business objectives
- R&D Leadership: Guide the R&D team in developing new technologies and products, ensuring that projects align with our strategic goals
- Code Review: Conduct code reviews, maintaining high standards of code quality and integrating best practices in software development
- Design Review: Act as a critical reviewer of product design, ensuring designs meet high-quality standards and user needs
- Process Optimization: Streamline internal processes for product development, product operation, sales process, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness
- Global Sales & Marketing Oversight: Oversee global sales and marketing strategies, enhancing our market presence and ensuring brand consistency
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Able to hands on work closely with engineering, design, marketing, operational, customer support and sales teams to ensure product success in the market
Qualifications:-
- Proven experience in product leadership, with a strong track record of successful product launches.
- Experience in technical leadership, including project allocation review, design review and code review, similar to a tech lead role.
- Strong understanding of global sales and international digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Excellent academic background: Preferred MS or MBA with top international university / business school (Engineering; Business; Technology related)
