Job Description

- Position Title: Accounts Assistant/ Accounts Officer
- Working Location: Pandan Loop
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30 AM to 6 PM
- Salary Package: Up to $2,800 + Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Accounts Receivables.
- Submit sales invoices electronically on the B2B supermarket portal.
- Apply customer payments to their respective accounts.
- Issue Statements of Account regularly.
- Keep track of customer payments and follow up as necessary.
- Work with the sales and customer service teams to resolve billing and credit note issues.
- Help set up and maintain customer accounts in the accounting system.
- Aid in keeping the customer price lists up to date.
- Join in regular stock takes, including monthly, quarterly, and annual counts.
- Tackle various other tasks as needed.

- At least LCCI in Accountancy or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of related working experience.
- Knowledge of Navision system will be an advantage.
- Proficient in Excel.
