Job Description:
- To study tender construction drawings, specifications and contracts to understand project requirements
- To oversee the construction by providing on-site management and quality control to ensure project meet keydates and budget requirement, and are built in accordance with contract specifications
- Planning and sequencing of the construction operations according to master and detailed work programs by taking consideration into project costing
- Design Coordination between Consultants and Authorities
- Review design drawings and liaise with design team on construction details
- Liaise with client and consultants on resolving technical and commercial issues, monitor site progress against target and generate progress reports to HOD
- Manage project team to supervise work progress and quality work
- Coordinating the handing-over of completed works to the client and completion of the necessary rectification works
- Determining the amount of work done at any stage of construction for preparation of periodic progress claim for submission
- Monitoring the cash flow of project to ensure timely claims and payment
- Ensure the project complies with regulations and clients’ specifications
- Adhere to safety and health regulations and aim for zero accident in the workplace
- Ensure safety practices and housekeeping is to maintained to the highest standard
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 10 years experience in related fields
