Quality Service Officer

Mondays to Fridays, 8.30am to 6pm.
Job Responsibilities
• Attend to feedback and enquiries from members of public received from channels such as emails, online feedback system, and calls
• Provide interim replies to cases received
• Work closely with relevant policy divisions and other public agencies to resolve issues raised by members of public
• Monitor progress of cases to ensure they are closed within required service standards
• Assist in collating data and providing analysis on cases received
Job Requirements
• Good writing and communication skills
• Proficient computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Customer service experience will be added advantage
