Implementation Project Manager (Tradefair/Atrium/Pasar Malam)

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee the successful implementation of tradefair/atrium/pasar malam projects from initiation to completion. You will work closely with clients, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and implementation of projects
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Develop project plans and timelines
- Allocate resources and manage project budget
- Track project progress and report on status
- Identify and resolve issues and risks
- Coordinate with stakeholders and ensure alignment with project objectives
- Conduct project meetings and communicate project updates
- Ensure quality standards are met and deliverables meet client expectations
- Manage project documentation and ensure all project information is properly maintained
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- 2-3 years experience as a Project Manager or similar role
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Able to work weekends and past 10pm (Settings at atriums and trade fairs only start from 10pm after the mall closes)
