Responsibilities:
- Manage daily sales operation include process sales orders, prepare quotation, purchases order and delivery order as well as issue invoices.
- Handle incoming inquiries and provide solutions to customers effectively.
- Provide excellent after sales support to customers.
- Follow-up through inbound leads for new sales opportunities.
- Connect with key customer contacts (external) as needed.
- Provide support to manager ensuring projects workout according to plan and timeline.
- Liaise and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
- Assist in preparation & submission of relevant reports and documents for tenders.
- Attend frequent online/ offline product trainings arranged by vendors.
Requirements:
- A diploma holder.
- At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in related field
- Exposure to computer hardware/ software/ maintenance contract is an advantage.
- Ready for dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Strong phone presence, interpersonal & customer service oriented
- Enjoying interacting and communicating with people, and maintain good rapport with our IT Business Partners
- Proficient in MS Office
