- All Contracts administration works
- Preparation of plans, contracts, budgets and other documentation
- Quantity take off, cost estimate, contract administrations and support in tender exercise
- Documents preparation for sourcing of quotations for both pre and post tender stages
- Preparation of tender evaluation, conduct negotiation with subcontractors & suppliers
- Liaise with the Procurement Department to ensure that all material are procured in accordance with the project schedule
- To monitor and keep track of the project expenses and try to optimize the project profit.
- To attend progress meetings, technical meetings, material submission meetings and etc to capture all variation claims and potential variation works and time implication.
- Responsible for preparation and timely submission of claims, variation orders, budget & cost control and settlement of final account.
- To ensure a timely closure of all main contract and subcontract final accounts.
- Risk analysis evaluation
- Feasibility studies
- Any other adhoc duties when required.
- Possess degree/diploma (Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering /Building/ Quantity Surveying) or similar
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of work experience in Construction industry
- Good written communication skills
- Good track record
