- Experiences in installation and deployment of security products and solutions like NAC, Firewalls, XDR, SIEM, DLP, Syslog Server, Anti Virus, Email Protection etc
- Able to conduct OS hardening according to Security Configuration Compliance Policy such as CIS benchmark or equivalent for Windows, VMware, Linux, Firewall, Switches, Routers etc
- Able to perform on-site and remote installation and support
- Able to perform configuration, testing and maintenance support for the security solutions and conduct SAT or UAT
- Able to perform patching to security products and understand patch and change management process
- Able to perform administration of security solutions and check to ensure system is running as expected in terms of performance and security
- Working closely with the customers, partner and vendors on maintaining and support the deployed security products and solutions
- Able to provide pragmatic advises and solutions for cybersecurity related matters to customers
- Staying up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies
- Willing to do 24x7 standby
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Security, or related fields
- Minimum 3 year experience in Cybersecurity environment
- Professional certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CISSP, CISM, or CEH are highly preferred
- Familiar with security principle such as Zero Trust framework, Cybersecurity Framework, NIST, ISO etc
- Experience or knowledge in Microsoft Windows and Server, Linux, Networking and Virtualisation
- Familiar of major IT brands like Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, VMware, Sophos, Symantec, McAfee products and solutions etc
- Knowledge or Experience in cloud environments is an added advantage
- Experience in conducting risk assessments, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing is an added advantage
- Positive attitude in challenging work environment
- Possess logical thinking process in solving technical problems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently
