We are currently hiring for our client in F&B. The company is growing and speading its wings to more new market at Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Korea and so on.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for maintaining statutory compliances and Singapore financial reporting requirements , including internal / external reporting matters to HQ in China;
- Responsible for month end closing matters, including stock count arrangement and other relevant matters, to ensure deadlines are met;
- Liaison with Head quarter on financial status from time to time;
- Preparation of year-end corporate tax assessment submission;
- Improves and streamlines financial and internal control procedures;
- Communicate with financial staff in China and assist to improves and streamline financial and internal control procedures;
- Manage the funds and payment process of the company in Singapore; and
- Other duties will include ad-hoc projects such as system implementation from time to time.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or related
- Minimum 3 years of full set relevant experience
- Analytical with good inter-personal skills and enjoys challenges
- Able to liaise and converse with Mandarin Speaking colleagues and Mandarin documents
- Independent, initiative and able to communicate with people at all levels
- Proactive at work, strong execution skills and work well under pressure
- Familiar with various commonly used software
