· Based in Singapore and responsible for providing legal and compliance support to Asia Pacific Office and its affiliates.
· Strategic and legal advice on various legal and compliance matters, including corporate governance, employment law, intellectual property, data protection and litigation matters.
· Review, draft and negotiate a wide range of contracts and legal documents, employment-related agreements, etc.
· Advise on data protection queries, policies and practices.
· Maintain awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance and emerging threats.

Requirements:
· Bachelor Degree with minimum 3 years of relevant legal and compliance experience with exposure to South East Asia Market and China
· Knowledge of General Data Protection Regulations
· Language proficiency to support China and South East Asia
· Humble personality with strong organization skills
· Work travel up to 30% of the time
· Monthly salary + AWS
· Office location: Central East
· Hybrid working arrangement
