· Knowledgeable in area of SAP Sales Cloud and Field Service Management
· Supporting the global SAP system in the areas of Customers and Logistics
· Provide competent advice and training to the specialist departments’ users
· Carry out simple customizations in the Sales and Service Cloud
· Interface between field sales and central IT
· Perform first and second level support as well as testing
Requirements:
· Degree in business informatics, computing or similar qualification
· Proven years of professional experiences in the SAP environment (S/4 and Service/Sales Cloud)
· Confident handling of MS Office applications
· Willingness to travel worldwide with a focus on Asia
· Strong team spirit and commitment
· Very good communication skills
· Experience in modelling business processes
· Good trainer experiences
· Monthly salary + AWS
· Office location: Central East
· Hybrid working arrangement
