· Reporting to VP HR and part of HR team in Singapore Asia Pacific Office
· Responsible for supporting full suite of HR functions (ie. Recruitment, operations, training, payroll management, etc.) so as to align business objectives with employees and management in designated business units.
· Assist with the employment pass applications, communication with the Ministry of Manpower, etc.
· Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
· Prepare contract terms for new hires, promotions and transfers.
· Suggest and implement new HR strategies
· Assist international employees with expatriate assignments and related HR matters
· Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
Requirements:
· Degree in HR or related fields
· At least 3 years of HR Business Partner work experiences. Full understanding of all HR functions and best practice
· Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
· Thorough knowledge of labor legislation
· Understanding of SAP
· Regional responsibilities (Asia – as assigned)
· Participate or lead HR related projects
· Excellent time management skills and attention to details
· Flexible and open minded. Good team work and provide support within the HR team.
