Then come in and join our Asia Pacific team as Digital Service Operations Manager, Customer Services. In this role, you will represent the Digital Service Operations portfolio for the Asia Pacific Japan (APJ) and China (CN) regions. Your focus is Smart Remote Services (SRS) and Connectivity for our Siemens Healthineers products. You will enable the zones and countries within the region in driving connectivity and remote/ digital services (best practice sharing, potential areas of improvement, knowledge management, etc.). Zone and Country management as well as operational managing roles will be your main counterparts to drive Connectivity and Digitalization in your region.


Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • You will be the Single Point of Contact and represents HQ for all Connectivity/ Remote Services (SRS) topics in the APJ and CN regions.
  • You will have regional end-to-end SRS/ DSO accountability.
  • You will utilize global standard DSO delivery processes (DS, SSC, SF) and global DSO Service Lifecycle Teams to provide scalable customer value in the APJ and CN regions.
  • You will enable Zones and Countries in the APJ and CN regions in driving Connectivity (best practice sharing, potential areas of improvement, knowledge management, etc.).
  • You will harmonize Connectivity/ SRS/ DSO topics across all Zones and Countries in the APJ and CN regions.

Your qualifications and experiences:

  • You hold a successfully completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, business informatics, medical informatics, or a related field of study.
  • You have at least 7 – 10 years of experience in the related field.

  • Good knowledge about SRS/ DSO services, infrastructure, and processes
