The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in API, .NET framework, and PL/SQL, combined with exceptional project management and system support skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination and Integration Subject Matter Expert:
- Serve as the project coordinator for the integration and interfacing aspects of the new project.
- Understand API mechanisms deeply to oversee their development and integration. This includes the ability to develop APIs when necessary to ensure seamless integration between systems.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure technical requirements are met and integrated solutions are implemented effectively.
Existing Dynamic CRM Support:
- Provide ongoing support for the existing Dynamic CRM system used by project team, which is slated for replacement by the new system
- Liaise with the external vendor responsible for the maintenance contract to track and resolve issues reported by the project team
- Ensure a smooth transition from Dynamic CRM to the system, minimising disruptions to operations.
Legacy Application Support:
- Support and maintain legacy applications that are built with .NET and Oracle (PLSQL).
- Address operational issues, perform routine maintenance, and implement updates as needed to ensure the stability and reliability of these applications.
- Work with internal teams and external partners to gradually integrate or migrate legacy systems’ functionalities into the new system, where feasible.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Min 3 years of relevant experience in IT project coordination, system support, and development.
- Solid foundation and hands-on experience with API development, including RESTful services, webhooks and SOAP.
- Basic familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, with an understanding of fundamental troubleshooting principles
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
